Amy + Dave – Red Romance at Palais Royale

Amy and Dave are busy professionals working in Toronto and wanted assurance that they would have all their Asian Fusion wedding details covered and guests would have a great experience at their wedding celebrations.  Wendy’s first order of tasks was to find the perfect venue for them to host their celebrations.

Once the wedding venue and date were finalized, Wendy set on to create a tantalizing Western and Chinese wedding meal that would appease all the guests by bringing on a Chinese caterer to work hand in hand with Executive Chef Steffan Howard of the Pegasus Hospitality group.  Old and young alike enjoyed the successful pairing for flavours, wines and styles of cooking.  The evening’s meal included Indian, Chinese and Canadian foods.

Since red is a traditional Chinese wedding theme colour, and it was also Canada Day long weekend – Wendy was able to masterfully create and wedding ambiance that was distinctively grand.  The Asian Fusion Wedding team took care of the ceremony décor and the head table décor.  Amy and Dave wanted a different set up for their head table, so Wendy created a kings table right on the stage.

Friends and family danced the night away and enjoyed the fire works display that was held at Ontario Place.  The bartenders at Palais Royale also provided some entertainment for the guests to enjoy.  This was truly an infusion of cultures, personal sentiments and the couple’s visions for their perfect wedding day.  Thanks to Stephen Sager Photography for all these stunning wedding photographs.
